Missing paged control when using Authentik #59

Hi,

Trying to use this to browse the Authentik LDAP provider and I keep getting the error about missing paged control. SImiar to #56. Setting and unsetting the Automatic Result Paging does not seem to have any effect. Also tried limiting results and setting it to 0 but still a no go.

Doing any sort of search also shows the same error.

Do you get the same error when accessing Authentik using other clients, such as JXplorer?

Not the same error, but JXplorer does not stay connected. Need to look deeper into why
