fail to add wind data #43

i want to add wind field data to drive the model (v3.4), so i modified the file mod_meto.F in the subroutine for the constant wind field, and make passed, but cannot read file. when i checked, i find io.F is also without this part. so, if possible, how to solve this problem. thank you.

dear sir, for this makefile, it works wrong. and how to correct it?

set makefile with dwind and dmeteo, without dcartesian
