changing repo structure #7

@fengyanshi I've moved things around: added src directory where I've all the source code, added doc directory where I've put funwave 2.1 manual and Dan Topa's funwave analysis pdf, also added all the original example test cases cleaned up (removed mytvd executables and sta eta files, and LOG.txt files). This will help the code flow better with future development efforts, as we will keep source separate from test cases, documentation and such.

So the added /src/ is under /FUNWAVE-TVD/? I didn't see a complete list of .F files you added. I can talk to you before merging. THank

@fengyanshi ... yes src is under FUNWAVE-TVD and all of the other ones too (examples, doc). It should be a complete list of all the source files that are currently in your master, as I've added the whole src directory (moved all the .txt and .F and Makefiles) directly from it.
