Unicode paths do not work correctly and notification/folder watching on the dokanfs fails, etc. #54

1. Unicode paths do not work correctly, the file fails to read.
2. Notification/Folder Watching features fail (foobar2000 media library,
etc.) to work and some applications cannot use the dokanfs path at all.

Suggestions for improvement:
1. Support Pageant for authentication and a way to bypass the SSHFS GUI.
2. Allow the volume to be renamed.
