Confirmed. At first I thought about Chrome error. Then I realized NotScripts is
enabled.
Makes me temp enable all sites I want to read PDF on which is very annoying.
An option would be appropriate to toggle between:
1) auto whitelist all opened PDFs during viewing
2) warn by pop-up/banner that blacklist policy is active (default)
Thank You for making this High priority.

I'm on Chrome 19.0.1084.54, OSX 10.6.8, NotScripts 0.9.6, and I run into this
problem all the time. It is very frustrating. Unfortunately, [1] says the last
update of NotScripts was December of 2010. I have no Chrome extension
development experience. :-/
