CropExampleAspNet: Server side on Asp.net, C# #972

I saw several questions and requests for asp.net server side. I hope, my PR will be useful additional for component. Support Crop and Rotate, as bonus: converting all images to JPEG with changing a quality + proportional resizing (if height/widht more than you set, in pixels)
