Focusing inside a Block's FieldTextInput title in a toolbox without categories breaks the UI #148

If I create a toolbox with a single block that has a FieldTextInput title, I 
can click inside the text field to edit the text, which immediately triggers an 
error, and from then on, the block is frozen with the text field in the focused 
state, though it still can be selected. 

If I then scroll the toolbox, the text field stays in place and overlays any 
scrolled content. 

I'm using Chrome 27.
