出了什么问题？问题出现时有错误提示么？有的话请附上

使用smarthosts后环聊视频失败，显示正在连接2秒后弹出提示连
接失败，请检查网络连接。还原默认hosts后环聊视频正常

您的ISP名称（例如北京联通）？
广州联通和广州电信ADSL

hosts的更新日期是什么时候？
昨天更新，看到日期是2013-07-07的版本，mobile_hosts版本

您知道经过什么样的步骤能解决这个问题么？

恢复系统默认hosts
