Compatibility with the BizHawk version used in multiworld #7

The BizHawk auto-tracking plugin is currently compatible with BizHawk 2.6.x only, but the multiworld script installs BizHawk 2.3. Adding support for that version would be nice, assuming the appropriate APIs were already available then.

There seem to be significant differences in the APIs between 2.3 and 2.5. It's probably easier to get the multiworld script updated to 2.5 instead.
