[FEATURE] Swap main to be tracking Godot Engine 4.0 and create a godot-3 branch #74

Godot 4.0 is now stable. Main should track it.

Describe an implementation suggestion A clear and concise description of any implementation method you'd like to suggest. It may be technical or just theoretical.

  1. Make main track Godot Engine 4.0
  2. Make godot-3 be the old main

Hi @fire , I'll do this later today as soon as 4.x is completely aligned with the 3.x branch. I'm working on it right now. Thanks
