Added fastlane infrastructure containing german translations #153

Hi,

this should add the most important metadata in the fastlane infrastructure. I also did a rough translation of the descriptions to German. I never did this before so it could be that I made something wrong. I wasn't quite sure which branch is the right one. I though I'll just try develop. This should close #145.

Oh awesome - this is a ton of help! And yep, develop is the right choice :)

The app actually uses the Triple-T structure at the moment, but it's easy to switch between them (I'll leave this open until I get time to fix that, or if you get to it first). Either way, thanks for the PR!
