Might have separate icon color options for light & dark backgrounds (the dark option is only visible when contrasting colors is enabled), and an option to change the icon & text colors individually in the icons tab.

[x] implement changes in service/icons
[x] add preferences to UI
[x] enable/disable preferences when contrast colors turned on/off

As of a7e778f, these changes have been implemented, but the preferences have not been added to the UI yet.
