'Text Position' setting #132

Option for where the text should be displayed relative to the icon. Left and right are obvious choices, but it would also be nice to add options for displaying the text in the corner of the icon with a cutout, similar to how the data indicator should be displayed next to the network icon.

I have tried implementing this and it will clutter the icon settings considerably, so this should wait for #115.
