Redesign App-Specific Settings #146

To work around the painfully slow loading speed and endless scrolling in the apps tab, I'd like to only display the app settings for which preferences have actually been set, with a "+" fab to add apps to the list that'll open some sort of dialog.

Aaaaaaaaagh the entire method of handling app settings is completely horrendous I don't know why I wrote it this way it's stupid and annoying I just want to remove it all and start again. But then it'd take longer. Meh.
