render all blocks even if covered #199

how do i render all of the blocks in noa engine even if it is blocked by another block Untitled 1 is what i want 2 is what noa engine does i know it might be laggy but i wont be rendering all the textures just a wireframe for a prison like look.

Fixed with TransTex was making plants for my game and noticed the bug were it didn't render the block below it
