investigate 0 in summed loan_amounts #12

in looking at g1 sample data, years 2004-2008 came up as having a 0 summed loan_amount. this is likely to be an issue of data load, not the code, but i need to investigate at any rate.

the issue was b/c of character data loaded into an integer field. the reload issue fixed it.
