Ideal gas models are implemented in feos rather than feos-core
NoBinaryModelRecord is added as a reusable struct for models that don't use binary interaction parameters. This renders JobackBinaryModelRecord obsolete
Joback and JobackParameters are combined in a single struct.
Changed the module structure in Python from feos.ideal_gas to feos.joback and feos.dippr (Due to the duplicate PureRecord class)
