Make google-api-java-client-appengine depend on google-api-java-client-servlet #477

It would be more intuitive if you would not have to include those two jars 
separately as AppEngine has the same configuration as the servlet jar, and just 
extends it. 
Also it would allow us to add classes to the AppEngine-project which extend 
Servlets provided in the -servlet project.
