Works indeed, thanks. Not an important bug but still unsettling.
I closed this issue by mistake, I still think this should be addressed for a seamless experience for new users.
I have this issue on Slack and Skype. Skype first and today I setup Slack and I had this from the first time.
I closed and reopened and I have still the issue
Same issue here. I've also encountered it with at least Discord and Telegram. I needed to disable/enable the service, sometimes multiple times, to be able to remove it. This issue isn't new for me, but (maybe not ?) I've the feeling that I face it more and more.
This morning I have it on Instagram, Telegram and Skype. It's changing from time to time, but I never had this on WhatsApp
Having it with Mattermost now. Pretty safe to say it's not service-related.
Looking into the console for error, I noticed that this error happens every time the issue is happening, so it's probably related.
There's a workaround in #1608, which completely disables the loading throbber

Additional information
When I just clicked on the service, I have the focus and I'm able to write my credentials and connect to Discord, but the splashscreen remains. However if I click somewhere, I lose the focus and can't get it back.
