Expected Behavior
When we disabled notification i think it should be stayed disabled until we manualy enable the notification. For example in android if we disable notification it will stay disable untuk we turned it back on.
I think at minimal it should be revert last state of notification status when ferdium is come back from hibernation / pc sleep
Actual Behavior
Notification always enabled when resume from pc sleep or ferdium hibernation

Open Ferdium
Disable Notifications
Sleep or Restart PC
Open Ferdium
The notifications are Enabled
Avoid duplicates
