Description of Change

Fix screenshare not working properly (sources were only prompted at boot)

Motivation and Context

This fixes the logic here https://github.com/ferdium/ferdium-app/pull/1733#discussion_r1588890084 that was reported by Ajunne on Discord (#general) - this was causing issues with Linux as well.

Tested on:

[x] Windows 11
[x] Fedora 39 (Linux) and Fedora 40
[x] MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1
