Preflight Checklist

Problem Description

Whenever I get a text message on teams thru Ferdium, no notification sound is played. The notification shows up on the right upper corner and a red message counter appears on the app icon but no sound is being played. Thanks

I'm using the latest version of Ferdium on MacOS 12.4

Proposed Solution

Please add this feature since a lot of the times I have to rely on my smartphone to not miss any messages.

Alternatives Considered

At the moment I have to rely on my smartphone's push notifications to not miss any messages, whenever I work I fullscreen an app and will miss Ferdium notifications because no sound is played.

I have the same issue with microsoft teams.

Whatsapp and other services are working fine. I've seen the same behaviour also in Rambox :/

same for "MS-Teams", always since Ferdium 5.x. same in Debian 11 (pulseaudio, alsa) then Debian 12 (pipewire audio) after in-place upgrade.

Ferdium 6.7.0 "stable".

Other "services" work fine.
