Problem Description

Some services may be protected by mtls authentication and there are no settings to configure client TLS authentication for services.

Proposed Solution

Add an option to allow mTLS authentication for services with custom URL.

Alternatives Considered

Don't see any.

@Kiblyn11 Could you add an example of a service that is protected by mtls authentication?

@cino Any self hosted service might be protected with mTLS.
