Feature: Decouple notification audio from audio playback

Problem Description

Most of the time I need to listen to audios or need to use a discord server, and if notifications and audio aren't enabled you don't hear anything.

Proposed Solution

Decouple the notification sound from the audio playback, so you can choose to listen to audio without getting the notification sound.

Alternatives Considered

If this can't be done or it's too difficult, an alternative could be to have a notification/sound toggle per service, this could be an interesting addition, because some times you want to listen to audio from one service and not get the notification sound from another.
