Expected Behavior

When I have multiple Telegram services and get a direct message (DM or being tagged in a group) on either accounts, I expect to see a red dot on the Telegram icon for that account.

Actual Behavior

It works perfectly fine for all Telegram accounts, except for 1 while settings in Telegram and on Ferdium are the same for all.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add multiple Telegram services
2. Wait for direct messages

Not sure if this is the same for everyone all the time. However I did try deleting and re-adding the Telegram, but did not work. Also tried clearing cache.

I've some additional and hopefully usable info for the developers. On Linux Appimage it is also not working as expected. The icon looks as shown below. So in my case there seems to be a trace of a badge but it is blue without count.
