[Bug]: Discord notification popups stopped showing while sound still plays.

No idea, it stopped working after updating to this Nightly from 6.2 stable.

Steps to reproduce

Open Discord, set up notifications to pop up and play sound and then have someone ping you.

Expected Behavior

Based on settings the toaster notifications and their sound should play when a notification is in order.

Actual Behavior

The sound plays as set, but the popup notification is not.

It's been relevant for me also for a while. High Sierra, 6.2.5-nightly.8. I get the badge count working fine, just not popup like it used to be.

I have this issue as well on windows 11. I don't know discord well but I don't get notification badges -- just the sound
