Expected Behavior

Jira expected to respect dark mode settings, lower brightness.

Actual Behavior

Jira does not respect dark mode; Turning on and off, disabling universal dark mode and specifying colors for application, and other actions have not remediated the issue.

Steps to reproduce

1.) Add self hosted Jira instance 2.) Ensure dark mode is enabled, either after creation or during initial setup of recipe
