Custom service creation in docker not working #140

I have tried to follow the guide for docker custom service creation and it is not working. I have tried accessing /new in several ways:

Trying to access any of those service creation webs shows just a redirect to the main website of my server (which is correctly set up).

Is this a bug or just some not updated functionality? If it is the second case, please direct me to the correct way of implementing custom services as of today since I have tried creating the custom recipes following manual tutorial and they don't show up either.
