New Next.js site base #1

Not ready for deployment.

Initial structure suggestion for a Next.js based website. Lots of placeholders right now and design is most likely in need of revision.

Thanks @Dalgam looks good. I noticed a .vscode map, shouldn't that be added to the .gitignore?
