Following the release of the first stable, the download page needed to be updated in order to fetch the urls of the assets from the correct release instead of the last Beta.
Additionally, updated the instructions for winget which has now a package Ferdium.Ferdium containing the stable releases, to differentiate it from the beta and nightly ones.
