Implements basic NoSQL database service functionalities

Since a database service was created, some functionalities could be implemented:

• Session creation/management
• Functionalities get_or_create / create_or_update like we have in Django or in this SQLAlchemy 'port'

We aligned in using this issue to change the database engine to MongoDB
