MacOS file access #6

Because of the new Mac OS, no files can be opened from Amide GUI. An error is raised:

"Could not read the contents of ...." "Operation not permitted."

Reported several times on https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/amide-users

A workaround is to open amide from terminal, then it works.

Also related problem: "AMIDE could not be opened as the developer cannot be verified". --> maybe also solved by starting from Terminal.app
