opds button missing #300

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open ebookdroid 
2.on the library, for example recent books, the opds button is not there
3.on all settings, the opds settings are also missing

What version of the product are you using?
1.5.1

On what operating system?
android 2.1

What device are you using?
nook simple touch glowlight.

At the moment OPDS client has been implemented using the Apache HttpClient 
which was introduced in the Android API level 8 - i.e. Android v2.2
