Перестал работать скролл #327

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Установил билд 1705
2. На тап зоны назначен скролл ввер и вниз 
при однократном нажатии (назначение было 
сделано в предыдущих версиях)

What is the expected output?
В режиме свитка, при нажатии на экран 
страница должна скроллироваться вверх или 
вниз. 

What do you see instead?
Не скроллируется. Хотя протяжка работает.

What version of the product are you using? 1.5.3 dev 1705

On what operating system?  4.0.4  stock

What device are you using? Galaxy Tab 8.9

Please provide any additional information below.
На всех предыдущих билдах скролл работал 
нормально.
Использую View и аппаратное ускорение

build 1718 Страница в вертикальном свитке  PDF 
так и не скроллируется. В FB2 скролл 
работает. Откатился на 1.5.2

Нашел как починить... Отключил настройку 
"Анимировать прокурутку" и скролл 
заработал.
