Autofit: ignore layout markings #358

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on auto-fit option
2. Open a file with layout / alignment markings in the margins.
3.

What is the expected output?
I would like the page to be fit to the screen as though the margins were empty.

What do you see instead?
Lots of empty space surrounding the text because the clipping is triggering on
the alignment marks.

What version of the product are you using?
1.5.5

On what operating system?
Android 2.3 (I think. might be 2.2; not sure.)
J
What device are you using?
HTC EVO shift

Please provide any additional information below.
The marks I see resemble crosshairs with a small circle over the center.

Use auto crop. If that not suite you, use manual crop

Autocrop is what I'm talking about - when the PDF has layout markers in the
margins, it crops in the wrong place. I haven't seen a manual _crop_ option,
only zoom, which means the page can slide sideways still. (Should be type:
enhancement, not defect; IMO, but I didn't see a way to set that when entering
this.)
