I can't download and install new Desktop Layouts #159

Package Name or Section of Feren OS where this bug resides ferenOS I use ferenOS in Japanese. This error occurs in "Desktop Layouts -System setteing module-" I use "Desktop Layouts -System setteing module-" in Japanese. Maybe,System's character code is ja_JP.UTF-8.

*scribe the bug I can't download and install new Desktop Layouts. Instead,I get a view of error message.(below) ScreenShot** error1

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. I start "Desktop Layouts -System setteing module-" 2 I click a button of "download new Desktop Layouts". (I use FerenOS in Japanese.,also I use Desktop Layouts -System setting module--" in Japanese.)

  2. I am going to install each "Global theme" ,but I get the message of "An error Occured". The writing is garbled,character corruption, in Difficult Chinese Characters.

Not installing and using Global themes and Desktop Layouts

Expected behavior To be able install and use "Global themes and Desktop Layouts." Please repair character corruption.

Additional context I am Japanese.I don't use English very much. I am poor at English,because this bug report is difficult to understand in broken English. I am sorry.

Thank you. Does KDE have this bug? What is "Upstream bug"?

Plasma has this bug upstream in its 'vanilla' state.

I guess until someone fixes it upstream, you could always install sddm, I guess.
