Describe the bug What the title says. do-release-upgrade from upstream bricks Feren OS, so we should make sure it gets removed and cannot be installed in Feren OS.

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Boot up Feren OS

Expected behavior do-release-upgrade won't be installed
