I'm gonna need more output than that, such as the name of the application you tried to install, if not also screenshots via an application such as Spectacle (is pre-installed).

Hello Dominic, thank you for responding, there is my system [image: image.png] I have installed "deepin-screenshot " and some other similar software using "Store"....but wasn't successful -haven worked at all.

That's weird. ....the image was taken using "spectacle" 😊....same how not working as well ? It is correct, they installed, but won't work. As you can see, preinstalled "Spectacle" works ,same how half way..... It can take a screenshot, but when copied and paste to email, you can't see an image. In reference to second email, you have remarked ,as can't see an image..

That sounds like an upstream issue with Ubuntu's packaging of Deepin Screenshot, then.

A bug where a program installs but doesn't work isn't a dependency issue, however, and thus is outside the scope of this repository.
