OEM Setup uses KDE Plasma's default background instead of Feren OS's #17

Describe the bug What the title says. Originally it used a black (none) background, but it seems the addition of KDE neon mirrored packages means it now uses the KDE Plasma default background as a fallback, I presume.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Feren OS 2023.07 Alpha 1

Expected behavior OEM Setup will use the default background Feren OS sets in userspace.

Fixed in the latest oem-config-feren
