Kate is pre-installed #19

Describe the bug Kate is pre-installed for some reason, even though like with 2023.01 and 2023.04 it is unintentionally pre-installed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Boot up Feren OS 2023.07 Alpha 1

Expected behavior Kate will not be installed - KWrite is the text editor

Turns out they straight-up made Kate a dependency of KWrite. You can't remove it without breaking KWrite, oh joy.

Well, guess that's a "Won't Fix", then.
