You can't install Restricted Codecs from the OOBE window #2

Describe the bug If you try to install Restricted Codecs from the first-login OOBE window it will instantly fail.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Hit "Install Restricted Codecs" in the OOBE window
  2. Authenticate

Expected behavior Codecs package will install

Additional context I'm guessing it's just missing the mint-meta-codecs package since this build is the first Feren OS build publicly released that lacks Linux Mint's package repositories.

Fixed in Beta 1.
