First of all I appreciate @fergaldoyle 's hard work on this build, it is an amazing thing for the Angular community.

It seems the development of this project is stagnant, it doesn't support Angular.js 1.3.16+ and 1.4.1+ . I think it would be helpful if we have a guide for potential contributor that can help, with things such as How to Compare Angular version diffs (e.g. 1.3.16-1.3.15), What is the common pitfalls regarding IE8 compatibility and how to (correctly and effectively) merge/rebase/patch between the angular and angualr-ie8-build.

Anybody has the same pain here? Comments are welcome
