Inverted selection using scatterplot facet

Placing a request to enhance the scatterplot facet on request of David Huynh.

Making a selection in scatterplot facet is beautifully simple.  However, i 
would like to discard the selection and keep the outlying data for analysis.  
This is possible with a workaround but could be integrated into the scatterplot 
facet itself (as it has with e.g. the text facet).
