After installation it's not possible to launch Google Refine on OS X Mountain Lion

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Google Refine dmg from the downloads list and mount dmg image
2. Drag&drop Google Refine application to the Applications folder
3. Try to launch just installed application

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Google Refine http service is starting up. Actual: System error 
message is displayed (see attached screenshot)

What version of Google Refine are you using?
I've tried different builds from the downloads list: r2407, r2394, r2136

What operating system and browser are you using?
OS X 10.8, Safari 6.0
