Somehting on the lines of 'SimpleDistribution' referring to a distribution that doesn't have multiple rows of parameters...

Wait until all the EF_Distributions have been properly defined and the CE_Distributions have been understood.

Distinguish with another type for "Learning distributions" (toCE_Distribution)
