Add support for file command with source option #2

As a user, I would like to see the diff for uploaded files too, in order to cover the main use cases of the file command of Rex.

Fixed on 8391c2914bc7c1dca7dfb90ddbf8f511eed57357 by requiring at least Rex-1.13.4, which makes the file command hook behavior consistent between content and source options.
