gtdiffrsp (and gtlike) gives "basic_string" error #44

Hello!

Running gtdiffrscp by following section 4 part c of this tutorial, LAT Gamma-Ray Analysis, gives the error Caught St12length_error at the top level: basic_string.

This also happens later on in the same analysis thread with part f using gtlike.

This issue seems to stem from poor formatting in the xml file. The problem was solved by using the ModelEditor software to generate a valid xml file that worked with gtdiffrsp.
