How do we interact with requirements that are not driven by this project for the purposes of board deployment?

Bill: Interplay with PIP-II Forthcoming board will have I/O capacity to write out
conditions it’s seeing. Turnaround ~1 month.

Actually - we should decouple from any concerns about AD modernization efforts. Lessons we learn may be interesting to them, but we're unlikely to get any help.
