I ran this version of cigetcert through the 3 assessment tools at SWAMP and the results are available here

If you can log into a fermilab machine (e.g. a fermicloud) then you can use -s dwdosgdev.fnal.gov. I don't have one accessible on the internet. Although from outside you should be able to use -i 'Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory' and get a local cert in /tmp.
