Update docs & tutorials in the context of Serverless AI to place models in the right directory. #1260

According to the discussion in https://github.com/fermyon/spin/issues/2467, we have to update docs and tutorials in the context of Serverless AI.

Both codellama-instruct and llama2-chat should be placed at .spin/ai-models/llama instead of .spin/ai-models
